Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 super ripe banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 chia egg (1tsp chia seeds mixed with 3 tsp water, left for 5 mins to form a gel)
  • 1 tbsp agave (maple or date syrup will work too)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

Mix all ingredients together, then spoon them out and shape into bites. Stick on a non-stick baking sheet and put in a hot oven for 10 minutes (turning half way through).

I topped them with Sweet Freedom Choc Shot but you can make your own by mixing 1tbsp of maple syrup with 1 tsp of cacao powder.

Yum bum.

Top Tip

If you’re worried about sugar then omit the agave syrup, they’ll still taste yum but not as sweet, for obvious reasons.
