Brussels Sprout Baked Chips

Oooh well aren’t these just crispy little surprises of joy?!


  • 2 cups frozen brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


Stick the sprouts in a steamer or boiling water for ten minutes to soften, don’t worry if they aren’t fully cooked.

Take each sprout and cut it in half then place it on a baking tray lined with some non-stick tin foil or baking paper.

Pour the soy sauce on top of them then sprinkle with nutritional yeast. Use a spoon or your hands to mix them around so they are all covered.

Pop them in a hot oven for 15/20 minutes, until crispy but not too burnt.

These are great as a snack, on the side of a potato or as a soup topper!
